Kimber began his career in the auto industry in 1921 working for Morris Garages - a distributor of Morris autos. He began selling customized, sportier versions of the cars and, before long, the now famous MG sports car was born. MG was known for producing fantastic two-seater sports cars for the masses, and it still produces cars - now under Chinese ownership - to this day. As with many brands, over time, the MG logo became slathered across an array of bland sedans, diluting its sporting heritage. The true MGs, like those pictured above, however, were truly magnificent.
